Dr Tayo Aduloju

Dr Tayo Aduloju is the Chief Operations Officer, Senior Fellow, Public Policy and Strategy Management and Okun Model Economic Fellow, at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Nigeria’s foremost Economic Think Tank and Public Policy Advocacy Group. At the NESG Dr Aduloju’s work focuses of deepening Public-Private Dialogue Mechanisms across the NESG 11 Policy Commissions and over 40 Thematic Working Groups, translating Policy Proposals into Policy Change and supporting Government Partners and CSOs to deepen the co-creation process that delivers tangible reform outcomes and impact. He currently serves as Nigeria’s Co-Chair (Non-State Actor) of the Open Government Partnership, where he leads Nigeria’s reform commitments to Fiscal Transparency, Anticorruption, Citizen Participation, Inclusiveness and Service Delivery.
He is recognised as a Policy Entrepreneur, Strategist, Global Leadership Development Educator, Scholar, Institutional Development and Sustainability, Fourth Industrial Revolution Explorer and Advocate, National Development Advisor on Sustainable Development Goals. Before joining the NESG he had served as Deputy Managing Partner, Workforce Group, Executive Director Public Sector Practice at the Institute of Workforce Development, Technical and Special Advisor to two Former Nigeria Presidents and Consultant to over 25 Government Agencies on strategy and policy.
His strategy, reform and policy work cut across several sectors including Aviation, Agriculture, Banking and Finance, Digital industrialisation, Economic and Fiscal Development, Healthcare, Human Capital Development, Governance, Investment Promotion, Microfinance, Maritime, Transport, Labor, National Security and Public Service Reforms.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Global Leadership and Management focusing on the African Leadership Practice of Economic Policy and Public Administration; Doctor of Business Administration (Specialising in Strategic Management); a Graduate and Alumnus of Senior Executive Fellows Program and the Strategic Management of Enforcement and Regulatory Agencies Program of John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA; and a Fellow of the Institute of Politics, Harvard University; a Fellow of the Institutes Management Consultants and of Logistics and Distribution Management; Research Fellow of the Brookings Institution, Washington DC, USA; A Member of World Economic Forum (WEF) Expert Group; a member of Association of Business Executives, UK, Strategic Management Society; and a Presidential Premier member of the International Third World Leaders Association.
