Eyitope (Topsy) Kola-Oyeneyin is a Global Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in the Lagos office. She serves clients in both the private and public sector and helps in developing ambitious growth programs and executing large-scale transformations, with a primary focus on financial services. Her recent experience spans various topics in financial services, including financial inclusion, payments transformation, and organizational transformation.

Before rejoining McKinsey and Company in 2017, she held various executive roles at First Bank of Nigeria, most recently leading the Bank’s foray into Sub-Saharan Africa, spearheading integration across six different countries and running its international banking business. She also spent time at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), leading a coalition of government entities, private companies and civil society organizations to successfully implement “Cashless Lagos” - the CBN’s payments transformation program.

Topsy holds a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Central Florida.

Topsy is passionate about capability building and sits on the Advisory board for Endeavor, supporting high-impact and fast-growing entrepreneurs.
